Guidelines


A. Abstracts

Abstracts should be written and submitted via the platform on this website after registration in MY ACCOUNT.

No Abstract template is required. Submissions must include a title, up to 5 keywords, and an abstract of up to 500 words and follow the structure outlined below:

Objectives. Materials and Methods. Results. Conclusions

Abstracts focused on the congress topics will be accepted. See Key dates section to consult the deadline for submissions.

Only original work that has not been previously presented at other symposiums or conferences, or published in journals, will be accepted.

Submissions must be in English.

At least one author for each accepted communication must register for the congress once acceptance has been confirmed. A single author may present multiple communications, provided that each communication has its own registration in different authors.

Only communications submitted through the congress website will be accepted. Submitting a communication to the Conference implies acceptance of the guidelines in this call for papers.

B. Presentations

Presentations may be either oral or poster format.

Oral presentations will have a maximum duration of 20 minutes, and poster format should have maximum dimensions of 80x110 cm.

Upon request, presenting via videoconference or video may be considered.

Local Committee will select a few communications for oral presentations; however, authors may suggest a preferred presentation format when registering.

Templates for oral presentation or poster format will be available soon.

C. Full texts

Full papers that pass peer-review process will be included as chapters in the Springer book Advances on Design Engineering V :

Volume I: Advances in Graphic Engineering: Innovations in Products, Advanced Manufacturing, Design Engineering, and Educational Innovation.
Volume II: Advances in Digital Tools and Technologies: Pioneering Graphical Engineering, Construction, Design Methods, and AI Applications.

This requirement needs an extra registration in EQUINOX, a Springer platform and a peer-reviewed process.
